Position Title -

 Production Worker

Position Accountability -

 Floor Supervisor

Responsibilities -

Packing
To work as part of the packaging team, assisting with the following tasks:-

Labeling boxes
Making boxes
Filling boxes
Counting / weighing goods
Stacking packed product onto pallets

Bunnings
To work as part of the Bunnings team, assisting with the following tasks:-

Labeling of bags
Assembling brackets with nuts & bolts
Counting products into bags
Stapling header cards onto bags

Other duties

From time to time the supervisor may require an employee to perform other duties to assist MRI to meet its production targets.

Skills required -

The ability to work as part of a team
The ability to follow instructions
Reliability and punctuality are essential

Training -

Supervision, support & training (in house & accredited) will be provided as required and appropriate.

Hours of Duty -

This is a permanent part time position and is subject to a 4 week probationary period.
Hours to a maximum of 29 per fortnight to be negotiated.

Wages -

A supported wage as per the Ballarat Regional Industries Enterprise Agreement 2001 will be paid.
